Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales - HVAC (2-6 yrs)
1.Should be capable of identifying the end users in respective industries and to tap them for generating business.
2. Should have the experience of meeting consultants, architects and other approving authorities in private and government sector .
3. Should have experience in channel and project sales and have handled distribution network .
4. Able to identify new application of products to create new market / customer in the territory .
Key Performance Indicators :
Lead Flow - More leads, more business. So try to generate sources of leads and monitor.
Conversion rate - Ensuring maximum leads to be converted into business.
Competitors strength and weakness - Getting amd updating knowledge of competitors strength and pricing. Also its weaknesses. So that plans and strategies can be fixed to become market leader by growing sales.
On time receivables - should be committed towards receivables for company and can produce plan in advance .
Should be a good planner - Plan the tours properly and daily visits to get more coverage of market and develop more customers, more leads.
Should be a communicator - Develop communication skill to immediate boss and top management. Open to learnings .
Should be a self motivator - Need to priortise things so that gets advance warning when any aspect of sales performance is weakening. Need to develop the monitoring ideas about sales against targets.
