Roles & Responsibilities :
- Person will need to generate MICE business(Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events)
- Will need to meet key persons in corporate & generate business.
- Maintain MICE generating accounts through various sales activities(face to face sales calls, telephone calls, sight inspections, entertainment)
- Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set.
- Ability to understand corporate needs and design suitable bookings.
- Sales Manager should be able to generate business, give sales training to the juniors, generate new corporate accounts for the hotel.
- Able to lead a good team and update the reports on timely basis.
