Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager/Assistant General Manager - Sales - Real Estate (1-10 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Closer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing deals, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. If you have a proven track record of sales success in the real estate industry and possess excellent negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Conversion :
- Engage with potential clients and leads to understand their real estate needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our properties and services.
2. Negotiation and Deal Closure :
- Conduct negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
3. Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly.
4. Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor offerings. Use market knowledge to position our properties effectively and address client questions.
5. Sales Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Closer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and property sales processes.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
