Executive/Assistant Manager - Customer Care - Agrochemical (4-6 yrs)
We have an urgent requirement for Customercare Executive / Asst. Manager for our leading MNC Agrochemical Industry for Mumbai location.
Job Specifications:
- Communication to customer out of India.
- Co-ordination with different department especially Supply chain and Production for getting the order completed within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain data base and prepare various MIS reports.
- Should be worked under SAP environment for order processing etc.
- Preferably have sound knowledge of clearance, Export and Import procedure.
Experience : 4 to 5 years
Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Skills : Able to communicate in English both written as well as spoken.
