Its flagship product is a cloud-based enterprise grade integrated Transport Management System for Shippers, Logistic Service Providers, and Fleet owners, which enables an efficient collaboration between them and helps them run their operations efficiently.

It's team comprises of young professionals from reputed institutions and has been in operation for 36 months and has a team size of 30. The product has achieved solution fitand is under beta testing with few large clients and continuous further development of the product is in progress for the market fit, targeted to be market-ready in the next quarter, before we progress to an aggressive growth phase.

The company is being actively mentored and is well funded by a renowned business family in the Logistics Industry.

Job Description:

It is looking for dynamic & enterprising business development professionals to drive its market entry and client acquisition program. The key areas of work are:

- Setup Introduction Meetings with Customers, based upon leads and navigate the hierarchy to set up meetings with Senior Leadership - like Logistics and IT Heads

- Understand the customer's needs and wants with respect to It's software solution

- Map the customer requirements with It's products and work with the Product team to find solutions for any customizations required and effort estimation

- Manage & update Sales CRM system on daily, Preparing scope of work documents, Commercial proposals

- Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis.

- Help the customer develop a deeper understanding of the implications of problems in their current state and strengthen their desire to find a solution

- Develop a suitable presentation pitch depending upon the customer's context, priorities, decision process as well as strengthen our position wrt any alternate products being considered by the customer

- Demonstrate It's solution to the customer, clearly highlighting how it solves the customers specific identified pain points

- Prepare and present commercial proposals to customers in consultation with the product team and suggest any improvements in the pricing model

- Identify customer's decision process and timelines and proactively work to share relevant information/artifacts with the customer to help expedite the decision process, negotiate the contract and finalize the deal

- Introduce the Delivery team and Customer Success Team once the contract is signed and ensure relevant information is shared with them for smooth kick start of the project

- Hand Holding the customer during project implementation and initial usage to expedite adoption and arrange to address issues if any.

- Keeping in touch with the customers on an ongoing basis for relationship building, product feedback as well as further customer references.

Candidate Qualification & Skills :

- 1+ years of experience of selling enterprise software products/solutions to Mid or Large size Enterprises

- Knowledge of Logistics industry would be an added advantage

- Candidates should be initiative driven and prone to working independently

- Planning/Prioritization skills are necessary, so as to efficiently manage a days work and shuffle between various opportunities in hand across the country

- Should be Tech Savvy, to understand and appreciate technology products particularly in an enterprise context

- Ability to have Critical Thinking so as to quickly identify customer's pain points based upon the general understanding of the logistics processes across industries, and fitment of Fretron products

- Customer Empathy/Listening/Persuasion skills are a must to be able to understand things from the customer's perspective and convince them about the value of solution offered

- Needs to have excellent Presentation and Communication Skills - Good hand on Powerpoint and ability to explain tech products in simple words

- A well pleasing Personality and should be well groomed

- Finally, the candidate should have a demonstrated ability to define & meet targets.A TrackRecord of closing deals and meeting and exceeding sales targets will be highly appreciated.
