Executive - Agency Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify sales and marketing opportunities within the assigned districts.
- Ensure that district sales staffs adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other field sales Agents
- Train them for sales target
- Requite agents and motivate them for achieve goal
- Training & Motivating them
- Driving sales for the company, through insurance advisers
- Goal setting, reviewing and assisting them
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate must be graduated
- Having best knowledge of team leader
- Having best ability to handle multiple task
- Good communication & Convincing skill
- Candidate having min. 2 years of exp. in sales & marketing
- For higher position candidate have min. 2 years of exp. in BFSI sector
