Through out FIRST CLASS IN academic must

Designation: Executive Sales (After Market)

Any Graduate with MBA in Marketing. ( First class throughout pass outs only)

3 to 5 years of experience

Job description:

- Develop primary network to ensure optimal representation and service level.

- Responsible for Sales of the FORTUNE 500 MNC brand in a designated area.

- Interface with network and consumers in keeping with a well formulated market visit plan to solicit, maintain, retain and expand business.

- Ensure effective implementation of all centrally coordinated Strategies, Promotions, Campaigns, etc.

- Ensure collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy. In case of defaults, outstanding are collected as quickly as possible through appropriate timely actions.

- Ensure effective management of CODs/CFAs and their strict adherence to terms of the agreement.

- Indent as per the norms set by the company to ensure optimum level of inventory with nil stock out situations.

- Report up-to-date information on competition and environment to superior at least on monthly basis.

- Achieve volume objectives set by the Manager

About the Lubes and After Market :

Lubricants is a dynamic market place. Rapid/Periodic changes are observed in consumer behavior. There is transition of lube sale between public sector retail outlets and bazaar trade. Economy, industrial production & agriculture directly affect demand. New automobile trends influence buying and usage patterns. Competition is in two forms one from aggressively overbearing market leader and second low priced band of players including dominating PSUs. Good part of the companys primary network is loyal, while some part remains tentative. Secondary network is highly demanding. Diesel segment (Commercial and tractors) contributes 75% of market.

Qualifications/Experience required:

- Knowledge of dealers and distributor channel would be an advantage

- Good communication skills
