Position: Customer Experience Lead (E-commerce)

Location: Sector-3, Noida (Near Sector-16 Metro Station), U.P.

Experience: 0-2 Years. Freshers can also apply.

CTC: Up to 3.6 Lacs Per Annum

Qualification: Graduate in any stream.

Skills: Strong communication skills (both written & oral).

Role: To handle all the customer queries and leading, strategizing & implementing the processes independently to enhance the overall customer experience.

Job responsibilities:

1. Will be solely responsible for handling all the customer queries for ExclusiveLane.com & other marketplaces.

2. Strategizing & implementing the processes with different departments to enhance the customer experience.

3. Taking customer feedbacks post sales & escalating the relevant feedback to the concerned teams.

4. Regular follow-ups with the customers for any pending issue, delayed dispatch of the product or delayed delivery.

5. Weekly report generation & compilation of the customer queries with suggested improvements.
