Digital Marketing Manager
- At Excellanto Ventures Pvt Ltd, we are currently at the cusp of super hyper-growth and looking to add people to the marketing team that's on the frontline to facilitate this growth. The Digital Marketing Manager will be part of the demand and pipeline marketing team and will be primarily focusing on driving organic inbound growth
Responsibilities for Digital Marketing Manager :
- Design and run marketing campaigns & advertisements to acquire customers through digital networks such as Google, Social media channels, Advertisement networks, etc.
- Manage Excellanto Venture's Umbrella brand Wizhob & Healsutra social media accounts on FB, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter and ensure regular posting to these channels
- Manage our paid advertising on FB & Google - setup & monitor campaigns, tune and optimize for maximum results
- A/B Testing, measure the performance of CTAs and improve conversion rate consistently.
- Optimize and efficient use the monthly budget assigned across the digital marketing funnel.
- Work on the SEO and keyword strategy to ensure smoother and better company branding.
- Use marketing analytics tools to analyse & track the ROI & CAC for each marketing campaign.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports keeping track of campaigns and its analysis.
- Keep attention to the updates of Appstore, Google, and social media channel's algorithm updates.
- Collaborate with the other teams to prepare clickbait /marketing collaterals required for running campaigns.
- Manage and run email marketing campaigns
- Brainstorm social media marketing campaigns
- Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Research industry innovations and tools
- Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization.
- Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.
Requirement :
- Experience in working with start-up.
- Experience in generating leads and achieving long term sustainable growth Impeccable communication skills.
- Eager to work individually and with a team in a growing start-up
