eWay Corp - Executive - Business Development (3-5 yrs)

We are an eCommerce agency, and we build eCommerce solutions for a growing list of clients throughout the world. We are looking to add a Business Development Executive to our growing team to target the APAC and EMEA markets. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, setting up meetings and supporting the sales team. Candidates should be prior experience selling software and/or IT services, to B2B customers.

Job description :


- Cold calling and emailing to communicate and connect with potential clients.


- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns utilizing CRM (HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.


- Able to adopt a fast understanding of our company's Technologies: eCommerce/Sass ecommerce platforms, Cloud Solutions and Services, (AWS and Azure), CMS such as WordPress, Drupal, etc.


- Strong, creative, data-driven, and resolution-based thinking.


- Excellent communication skills for a multicultural company and multicultural client list.


- Must have the ability to answer level-1 technical questions related to products and systems.


- Develop and maintain key relationships with partners.


Requirements :


- Proven track record in business development within the IT services industry, with a focus on web development, app development, and cloud infrastructure targeting B2B.


- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.


- Available to travel outside of your local region.


- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.


- Strong active listening and negotiation skills.


- Prior experience in a similar role with a solid record of accomplishments with sales in outbound calling and emailing.




Education :


- Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration.


- MBA preferred.


Preference :

- Candidates with English as medium of education at school and college level will be preferred.


- IT Sales Experience.
