At EvrCare, we intend to build the biggest offline Elderly network in India. This community thrives in social engagement, helping each other and connecting in ways not done before. The role of the community Manager is to help build and create this community.

The community Manager is the ambassador and flag bearer of the brand in front of the senior Citizens. The responsibility of the community manager is to create and manage the community of Senior Citizens, both offline and online.

This includes:

- Creating and Connecting to elderly groups in the city

- Organizing activity focused events

- Create and maintain a profile of elders connected. The idea is to create a psychographic profile of elders and what assistance might be needed by them in the future.

- Partner with RWA and communities to have knowledge sessions with the elderly, and help get leads for the program.

- Conceptualize and manage a volunteer program where the task is to on-board volunteers who would help in assisting with the elderly.

- Conceptualize and manage an elders Ambassador program - the idea is the identify the influencers in the senior citizens group and create an incentive mechanism to help refer their peers into the EvrShare program.

- Digital marketing - Create a cool, vibrant Digital Community showcasing the Digital Marketing efforts

- Help create the lead funnel and SEO, SEM strategy for the Tenant onboarding program

Location: Delhi/NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Lucknow

SkillSet: Strong Marketing background, should be empathetic toward elders. Prior experience in volunteering for community activities or being a part of such programs is an added bonus.

Years of Experience: 2-3 years+

Reporting: Directly to the CEO
