Evolve Brands - Manager - Client Relationship (5-8 yrs)
1. 5-6 Year Experience in the areas of Client Servicing, BTL, Loyalty Marketing. Knowledge of Creative & advertisement, Powerpoint skills.
2. Creative communication, ongoing program-related communication, rewards management.
3. Coordinate with the internal departments: Data Centre, Web/Interactive to ensure that the delivery timelines are met.
4. Planning the year-round communication and activity calendar for the clients. Should know how to interpret data and have good data analytic skills.
5. Design and manage communications strategy focused on attracting, developing and retaining customers.
6. Understand and respond to the needs of current customers as well as develop plans to attract new customers.
7. Manage the ongoing operations and fulfillment processes of the programs and marketing campaigns, managing the program budgets with responsibility for the program P&Ls and marketing ROI.
8. Vendor Management.
