Job Title: Inside Sales/Pre Sales- APAC & MEA

Experience Range:- 03yrs to 6 yrs - In technical/hardware sales experience

CTC:- 3 LPA to 5LPA

Qualification :- BE or graduate with relevant experience will also do.

Description:

- Responsible for all Technocommercial sales activities in assigned regions with Revenue Collection and OI Target Achievements.

- Manage quality and consistency of Networking and PR in the region

- The said position reports to AVP Sales

Responsibilities :

- Cold Calling, emailing, responding to leads generated from trade shows to generate a funnel of qualified leads

- Exposure into Global PreSales

- Database creation through web, events reports, LinkedIn, management and progress

- Hunt for relevant RFP's

- Keep a track of leads generated and conversion to Opportunity

- Qualified opportunities (at least proposal submission)

- Assisting Direct Sales Team for Field Visit and Regional Meetings

- To ensure CRM is updated with all leads and opportunities for the region

- To prepare regional progress reports (OI, Cash Flow etc) for Regional team as needed and weekly calls MOM are send to respective team leaders

- To ensure accuracy to be maintained and achieved on quarterly and yearly forecasting

- Support the team in RFP responses with internal cross functional coordination

- To capture the leads from marketing in CRM and maintain database of the same with Qualification criteria

- To track regional Competitors

- To keep Regional Direct Sales Team updated on Regulations and Regional market Updates

- Follow-up with the client for completion of process

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Current Candidate should be from Fintech field with a min experience for the region of 3-5 years.

2. Overall sales experience required on field with revenue Embedded solution is 3 Years atleast.

3. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, composes, and edits written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience.

4. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional travels.
