About the role :
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with clients handled by your team.
- Resolving their complaints quickly and efficiently.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized.
- Communicate with various departments about any changes to the project plan. In addition, you have to organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to clients.
Qualifications :
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Experience in social media management
Minimum Experience : 2 years
Salary per month : 25k-35k
Location : Indore
