Evince Development - Senior Executive - Business Development (4-6 yrs)
- Identify the prospect and target potential clients through market research, calling, networking, and industry events to generate leads.
- Extensive experience on outbound lead generation and lead mapping process.
- Strong Knowledge about Sales funnel, end to end sales process and Ability to create and manage sales pipeline.
- Well-versed in connecting with prospect using, LinkedIn, Email, and various other mediums for both B2B and B2C.
- Must have exposure on prospecting to Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with decision-makers to understand their IT needs, pain points, challenges, objectives and provide appropriate solutions.
- Create comprehensive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our IT services and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Strong Skills on Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals while ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position our company as a thought leader in IT services.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and delivery teams, to ensure seamless project transitions and client satisfaction.
- Proven track record of at least 4+ Years in IT services or technology sales.
- Own individual targets and work towards onboarding new customers.
- Should be Multitasker with a positive learning attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Must have hands on experience in outbound lead generation process.
- Extensive knowledge about Prospecting, Lead generation process, Lead qualification and Lead nurturing for
- B2B and B2C customers.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Sales Navigator for lead generation and business growth.
- Must be well-versed about Sales Cycle and manage End to End Sales.
- Strong Exposure of working with US and European Customers.
- Must have worked on Targets and history of achieving the targets with realistic numbers and demonstrated sales success.
- In-depth understanding of IT services, trends, and emerging technologies.
