1. Job Briefing

EvinceDev (Evince Development) is looking for Talented candidates as per the requirements described here. Following are the Brief points of the Job requirements

- Candidate should be enthusiastic, outgoing, well-spoken, and quick to learn. Ideally, he would be familiar with the particular services provided in Information & Technology Industry, should be able to formulate Sales strategy for generating leads & closing projects for various services provided by Evince, able to manage client communication & consultation, able to manage team of BDE- s, and able to achieve the Sales target.

- Experience in formulating Sales Strategy & generating leads for IT Service Industry.

- Ability to understand client requirement, provide consultation and close project.

- Ability to manage the team of BDE's.

- Ability to create & verify Project Documents submitted by Business Analyst.

- Ability to strategize project management with the Project Manager for specific Projects.

- Ability to strategize marketing campaigns with Marketing team members.

- Ability to achieve Sales target per month & quarterly basis.

- Ability to manage Client escalation & provide necessary solution to the client.

- Ability to generate Referral & Repeat business from Client.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage team effectively.

- Ability to manage Team target & achieve the same, apart from individual target.

- Ability to communicate with Management on points of improvement, Sales strategy, expansion in services & Clientele.

- Ability to manage friendly & productive environment with Business Analyst, Technical Team, Project Manager and other Stakeholders.

2. Must Have Skills: 

Following are the minimum mandatory skills requirements

- Minimum Revenue/Sales of USD 200,000 in the last or current Financial Year

- Must have worked minimum 4 Years in IT Service Industry

- Must have handled team members and generated revenue of USD 300,000 as an Team Target in current or last Financial Year

3. Primary Skills:

- Demonstrable problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills

- Proficient in Client Communication, Written Communication and Consultation

- Proficient in lead generation, sales strategy, project closure

- Proficient in achieving high-volume Sales target

- Proficient in managing BDE's team member

- Strong Sale Strategy Creation Experience

- Consistency in managing BDE's team member

- Strong experience in creating & reviewing Project Documents

- Intermediate experience in creating Marketing campaigns

- Strong experience in managing Client Communication, Consultation & Escalation

4. Good to Have:

- Good to have experience creating marketing campaigns

- Good to have experience managing Projects
