Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the IT industry, specifically within the payment domain. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-sales and cold calling, with a focus on branding and lead generation

Responsibilities :

- Identify and target potential clients in the industry.

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

- Develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies to generate leads and drive business growth.

- Build and nurture relationships with prospects, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.

- Conduct cold calls and follow-up meetings to introduce company offerings and understand client requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions tailored to client needs.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase company capabilities and value proposition.

- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to management on business development activities and progress.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or a related role in the IT industry.

- Strong knowledge and experience in the payment domain, including an understanding of payment systems, merchant services, and related technologies.

- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals in a B2B environment.

- Excellent cold calling and networking skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with key decision-makers.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.
