Job Title : Field Sales Executive

Job Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Field Sales Executive will be to drive sales growth by developing relationships with customers and prospects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for building relationships with customers.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Generating and pursuing new leads and accounts

- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships

- Developing and presenting sales proposals

- Negotiating and closing sales

- Establishing and achieving sales goals

- Analyzing market trends and customer feedback

- Working with other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

- Attending industry events and trade shows

- Participating in strategic planning and business development initiatives

- Providing weekly sales reports to management

- Utilizing CRM software to track customer information and sales performance

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field

- 5+ years of sales experience, with field sales experience preferred

- Proven track record of sales success

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Ability to develop relationships with customers and prospects

- Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently

- Ability to travel as needed
