Job Description :

- We focus on Multi-Cloud Infrastructure (on-prem, cloud, and edge) and Cyber Security. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in building deep relationships and consultative selling with Medium and Large Enterprise Customers. Have strong relationship with leading technology providers (OEMs) in multi-cloud infrastructure and cyber security space.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Strategy Development : Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

- Solution and Services Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth knowledge of multicloud infrastructure and endpoint security products and services.

- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop strategies to engage potential clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

- Client Relationship Management : Build deep relationships with existing clients. Understand their unique needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions and services.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales of data center technologies (this is a must)

- Strong understanding (concepts, technologies, and best practices) of multi-cloud infrastructure and cyber-security

- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Excellent negotiations skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a Related field.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Compensation :

- +Fixed (Funnel Creation Based)

- +Commission (Quota Retirement Based)

- +Profit Sharing (BHAG - Big Hairy Audacious Goal-Based)
