Position: Manager- Channel Sales

Description:

Driving business i.e. product sales & revenue generation in identified district by the way of appointing new dealers (Channel partners) as per expansion plan to achieve long term business strategy, conduct and manage field activities by supervising field staff working and ensure stock as per norms and billing of to dealers as per business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Target Setting - Monthly, Quarterly & Annual targets i.e. Wholesale, Delivery, Retail Sales, Collection & MS.

- Forecasting & planning through proper market knowledge, Dealer's Capability, Knowledge of Competition, Last year's trend reading, etc.

- Ensure the Annual Targets through close monitoring/involvement on Daily basis.

- To create new avenues for Business Growth.

2. Branding & Networking

- Area coverage through Dealer recruitment/replacement.

- Planning & execution of BTL activities like Competitive Demos, Product Launches & Sales Promotion.

- Dealer Infrastructure enhancement.

- Ensure adherence to Sales processes, policies & Marketing tools at all Networks (Dealerships etc.)

3. Fund Management & Commercials

- Ensure rotation of Dealer's Fund through Monitoring.

- Build relationship with local Bankers and Liasioning with the Banks for Retail Finance, as per Bank norms.

4. Training

- Ensuring skill development of Dealer manpower and provide required learning by identifying their areas of improvement through timely Reviews.

5. Team Management

- Promoting positive vibrancy between the Dealers manpower and motivate them.

6. Business Intelligence (Marketing & Product)

- Product placement as per customer requirement (Model Mix.)

- Competition knowledge and Counter action.

- Product Awareness (s & Applications)

- Customer Understanding

Location: Bangalore

Qualification:

- Graduate or Post Graduation

Experience:

- 4 to 5 years of total experience in Institutional sales of Automobiles

- Strong experience in Sales

- Fluent is Kannada, English, Hindi and any additional Southern region language ( Telugu/Tamil)
