Job Responsibility:
- Research various destinations and means of travel regarding connectivity, prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
- Diagnose the clients- specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services with true value propositions with a quotation.
- Give proper follow-up on quotations & close the sale.
- Coordinate & organize the travel requirement of the customer as a single point of contact on behalf of the company.
- Reach the revenue and profit targets.
Requisite Skills & Qualifications :
- Must have good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- To be able to work in a fast-paced environment & with a strong sales focus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven working experience as a travel consultant in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual)
- Proficiency in 2 languages, including English, with the ability to present, persuades, and communicates effectively.
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field.
Experience: 2 years & more.
