Responsibilities and Duties :
- Handle timely Inbound and Outbound calls & registered the queries in the system.
- Understanding & analyzing the client's requirements.
- Providing knowledge on Products & Services to the customer.
- To build a professional connection with the lead & capturing necessary inputs for making relevant holiday quotations.
- To give an efficient follow to the leads & convert them to a customer in proper coordination with the respective Travel consultants.
- To attend to maximum leads effectively daily.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :
- Should understand English and Hindi as well as a regional language.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work without Supervision.
- Excellent Time Management, Communication, Presentation & Multitasking Skills.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills.
- Strong Prioritization and Organization Skills.
- Prior experience in Sales of holiday packages will be preferred.
Experience : 2 years & more.
