ETMoney - Inside Sales Specialist (1-3 yrs)
Job Description-
1. You will be responsible for assisting users to speed-up the investment decision by calling the users.
2. You will be responsible for inbound/ outbound calling to prospective customers
3. You will be responsible for converting maximum sales from the allocated pool and achieving monthly Sales targets for payments and issuance
Skill Set Required:
1. You must have excellent communication and negotiations skills (preferably in English and Hindi both)
2. You must have a learning attitude and be flexible with role and products.
3. Basic understanding about investments products like- FD, NPS, MF is a plus
