Ethos Watch - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Social Media (1-3 yrs)

Profile :

- Ethos Watches is seeking a talented, creative and a highly motivated individual with an experience and passion for connecting with current and future customers. You will be responsible to create engaging content as well as edit, publish and share daily posts (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages followers to take action.

- You will also be responsible to optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content and to increase the follower base. Also, timely moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community. The larger goal is to help build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking, and audience identification that competes with the social media campaigns of the world's top luxury brands. It is imperative to continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, these actions will be pivotal for the success of Ethos's overall digital presence.

- This is a key position at Ethos, and we are excited to hire someone who will perpetuate our vision and match our enthusiasm in delivering a great digital experience to our customers.

Qualifications :

Preferably a Graduate or Post Graduate in Communications or Marketing with minimum 2-3 years of work experience (preferably) in Social Media Management, Marketing Experience, Content Creation.

Desired skill set -

- Great verbal and written communication skills.

- Prior experience with major social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube and more.

- Knowledge of social media analytics software (preferably) Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, etc.

- Attention to detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.

- Dedicated to supporting team goals and priorities.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to take on challenging deadlines and priorities.
