Ethos Watch - Executive/Senior Executive - Customer Relations/Sales (2-3 yrs)
Essential Functions :
- Provide customers with accurate information on pricing and availability of products
- Answer inbound calls from customers and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Achieving the sales target.
- Prepare weekly/Monthly reports.
- Research, identify, and resolve customer issues or complaints, as well as provide additional assistance when necessary
- Develop positive relationships with customers based on trust and respect
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly stored in the store.
Requirements :
- Candidate with Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Retail Sales.
- Strong communication skills and customer handling is a must.
- Candidate with confidence and target oriented.
- Maintain professional job skills and appearance, while adhering to company policies and dress code.
