Business Development Executive


Department : Business Development

Desired Qualification : MBA (Marketing Specialization).

Locations Available : Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Pune, Indore, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Jaipur, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Guwahati.

Job Functions & Responsibilities :

- Identify potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities; researching and analyzing sales options

- Sell products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions

- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements

- Ensure quality service to clients in all assigned tasks, while upholding organizational Values at all times

- Identify product / service improvements or new products / services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

- Provide feedback to the Business Development Head on market and competition activities

- Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase sales

- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; Ensure proper and efficient communication with colleagues

Requirements :

- A never say no attitude, high on energy

- Have strong interest in Sales and Business Development

- Strong communication in English language (spoken & written)

- Presentation skills (online & offline)

- Undertake extensive traveling (within the assigned location)

- Savvy with technology and can work with software and tools

- Proficient with productivity tools such as Office 365 and others

- Smartphone with Android 9.0 and above or iOS 14.0 and above
