Currently, we are looking for Account Manager to join our team

Location: North Bangalore

Job description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationships between the company and its clients. Work with a variety of different teams, including marketing, sales, customer service, etc. to ensure that all parties involved are happy and satisfied with the services they- re receiving.


Key Responsibilities :


- Possess analytical abilities to problem solve and offer new/alternate solutions

- Previous experience carrying an annual quota with a proven track record of consistent quota attainment

- Must understand how to develop and deliver a calendar pipeline

- Experience working with Onsite / Offshore model is a big plus

- Understand the various marketing strategies and tactics that are used by the company and the competition.

- Understanding the various marketing channels, such as social media, search engine optimization, public relations and advertising.

- Detail-oriented and very organized and ability to multi-task, successfully manage multiple client engagements of different sizes/types

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU :

- Must have 5+ years in selling IT services and solutions.

- Must have a Bachelors- or Masters- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience

- Must be both a - Hunter- and a - Farmer-

- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the advantages of our expertise
