Roles and Responsibilities

- Connecting clients on a daily basis and briefing them about the properties ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.

- Generating meeting Prospects (Average) on a daily basis.

- Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clients for Site Visits.

- Building Client relationships, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.

- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.

- Escort clients throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. are briefed properly.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Sales Experience Is Preferred

Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Networking Skills
