Job description :
- Manage pricing, sales order processing, sales order, social commerce, customer service, customer queries etc..
- Handle and manage listing of the products on portal like Amazon, 1MG, flipkart.
- Coordinate for delivery and returns of customer orders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities
- Implement customer retention programmes
- Implement new business collaboration initiatives
- Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms
- Calling/Meeting the vendors, Onboarding new vendors
- Manage end to end sales cycle. from order to shipping & Delivery
- Maintaining current vendors
