eSourceIt Technologies is looking for Business Development Executive to work in Chennai - Avadi Office.

We are looking for fresher graduates as a talented Business Development Executive in demonstrable customer acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options. Devise and implement strategic plans to meet customers- demands.

- Develop detailed territory plans. Monitor competitive activity and evaluate marketing campaigns.

- Attending trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations to represent the employing organisation. Carry out customer surveys to understand demand and manage brand positioning.

- Write copy for marketing material such as brochures and websites. Ensure effective distribution of marketing materials.

- Sells products/ services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.

- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.

- Identifies product/service improvements or new products/services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.

- Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.

- Record sales and order information and report the same to the Management.

- Follow up on service and / or product once the delivery has been made.

- Manage marketing budgets and ensure that all marketing activities are managed within budgets.

Requirements:

- Acquisition of new clients

- Giving project details to prospective clients and explain services.

- Understand Customer need

- Lead Generation, resolving queries & additional margin.

- Co-ordination for Presentation Appointments & Client Visits

- Candidate should have good presentation and convincing skills.

- Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented.

- Excellent communication skills and exposure to IT industry.

- Excellent conversational and customer service.

- Ensure perfect day planning & good reporting skills for growth.

- Help to meet financial targets as well as overall revenue targets.
