Position Overview: Inside Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our stellar sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving monthly lead gen targets for new Business Development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a proven track record in B2B lead generation.

What you will do:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for business development.

- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.

- Qualify leads and actively pursue opportunities to engage with potential clients.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to prospects.

2. Build and nurture client relationships:

- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, objectives, and pain points.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and provide valuable insights from the market.

- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to ensure smooth handover of opportunities and provide necessary support during the sales process.

4. Stay updated on industry trends and competition:

- Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

- Continuously update knowledge of our products, services, and solutions to effectively articulate value propositions to clients.

Desired Skills and Qualification:

- Good Comms Skills

- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar sales role.

- Having track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a passion for inside sales.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
