Roles and Responsibilities :

- Proactively generate sales and meet sales targets and business plans.

- Manage customers within a defined geographic location.

- Identify sales opportunities by scanning the market, visiting potential customers to know their needs in advance, and following up on potential opportunities with the customers.

- Validate the details of the order received from the customer including terms and conditions, quality, and safety.

- Timely and accurate reporting on the sales targets and funnel on CRM.

- Build key relationships and get aligned with internal stakeholders.

- Drive and achieve sales growth by creating a value proposition, managing opportunities, and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure the management of payment collections from the market.

Qualification, skills, and Experience :

- Diploma Engineer/ Bachelor degree in any discipline.

- 2-9 years of sales experience in the elevator industry, however, candidates from similar industries can also be considered.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office

- Fluency in English and Hindi communication is a must.

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

- Good understanding of sales funnel management & and customer relationship management tools

- Strong interpersonal skills & and ability to build relationships at different levels in the organization.

- Preferably a motorbike owner
