Escon Elevators - Sales Support & Operations Role (3-10 yrs)
Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Support Specialist with Escon Elevators in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include managing and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Back-end support to Key Accounts Manager & Coordination :
1. To handle the sales back office & Helping to create the sales project.
2. Sales service refers to the ongoing support and assistance that a business provides to customers after they have purchased a product. It includes resolving customer complaints, offering technical support.
3. A sales support coordinator works to assist the Key Accounts (Major project) ales at a company.
Requirement :
- The ideal candidate would have engineering experience or something similar.
- Elevators Industry expertise is essential.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other programs.
- Should be able to read and understand Mechanical Design
