Job Overview :
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our elevator products and services to potential clients. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients, including builders, architects, real estate developers, and property management companies, to generate new business opportunities.
Product Knowledge : Develop in-depth knowledge of our elevator products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and effectively communicate the features and benefits to potential clients.
Sales Strategy : Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling elevator solutions.
Market Research : Stay informed about market conditions, competition, and customer needs. Provide feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings.
Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
Sales Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Ensure timely reporting on sales progress and forecasts.
Negotiation : Conduct negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring they align with the company's pricing and profitability objectives.
After-Sales Support : Collaborate with the technical and customer support teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation and post-installation support.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in elevator sales or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of elevator products, industry regulations, and technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
