Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients, including property developers, building managers, and construction firms, to generate new business opportunities.
Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our elevator products and services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to prospective clients.
Sales Strategies : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies as needed.
Sales Presentations : Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and advantages of our elevator products.
Quoting and Negotiation : Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals successfully.
Pipeline Management : Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and progress in our CRM system.
Sales Reporting : Provide regular sales reports to the management team, summarizing your achievements, challenges, and future sales plans.
