About the job :
- We are looking for a multi-linguist who can speak multiple Indian languages to fill out our executive position. If you are someone who likes interacting with people and is blessed with amazing convincing skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key responsibilities :
1. Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to address their doubts and questions, and drive conversions.
2. Assist customers over chat, call and emails and take orders for them.
3. Work on CRM (client relationship management) to maintain engagement with customers.
4. Keep records of calls and feedback to increase conversion efficiency and improve our services.
5. Discuss user feedback with the team, and brainstorm ideas for optimizing the product and services.
Requirements :
1. English, Hindi and South Indian Languages are required. Those who can speak South, English may apply for this opening.
2. If you are proficient in any south Indian languages. Then it is a plus for you to improve your skills and start a new career.
