- Handle the sales and operations at area level for the company.

- Developing and implementation of medium to long-term strategic plans for Ergos with identification of related components of strategic development in regions and demography.

- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.

- Planning and execution of business expansion, new warehouse onboarding, direct marketing and stakeholder management.

- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.

- Building trust among farmers & make confidence about organization.

- Work closely with farmers & relationship managers to achieve organizational goals.

- Lead the team to create high engagement and high-performance culture through continuous feedback, appraisal, mentorship and coaching.
