Key Responsibilities :


Develop and implement marketing strategies : Collaborate with the Manager to create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support overall business growth.


Project management: Oversee marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met within the designated timelines and budget.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and digital, to drive successful campaign execution.


Brand management : Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Monitor brand guidelines and ensure adherence to established standards. Support the Manager in developing and implementing brand-building initiatives.


Content creation and management : Collaborate with the graphic designer in the team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, videos, and other digital assets.


Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging.

Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activities. Analyze marketing data, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.


Event planning and coordination : Assist in organizing and coordinating corporate events, Fun Friday's, CSR Activities, Internal Summits, and conferences. Liaise with the internal Admin and HNIT team to manage event logistics, and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.


Innovation and Fresh Ideas : Bring a creative and innovative mindset to the development of marketing collaterals and communication strategies.


- Continuously brainstorm and propose new ideas to refresh and enhance our marketing materials, ensuring that they remain engaging and effective. '


- Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing content and messaging, keeping in mind that repetition can diminish impact over time.


- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing techniques to inspire novel approaches and maintain a competitive edge in our marketing efforts.


Email Marketing :


- Plan and execute email campaigns to engage customers, promote products/services, and drive conversions.


- Create compelling email content and segment email lists for targeted messaging.


- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies.


- ORM (Online Reputation Management) Management: Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries across online platforms.


- Encourage positive reviews and address negative feedback promptly. Analyze online sentiment and collaborate with teams to improve brand perception.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


- Minimum of 1-1.5 years of experience in marketing, communications or a similar role.


- Proven track record in project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.


- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
