Equentis Wealth Advisory - Executive - Customer Support - Outbound Process (2-3 yrs)
Broader Role / Direct Responsibilities:
- Daily connect with the existing Customers to understand & resolve their queries
- Increasing the C-Sat
- Business reporting - Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly
- Preparing daily trackers
- Operational tasks - day to day
- Basic Excel knowledge is a must
- High degree of accuracy
Technical / Behavioral Competencies

- Ability to collaborate / Teamwork

- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Overall 2 + years of work experience preferably in a Broking / Dmat environment (BFSI / Finance sector)
- Fluency in English, Hindi & any one regional language
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written & Excellent telephone skills
- Willing and able to work extra hours on occasions to complete tasks
- Willing and able to attend company meetings which take place outside of normal working hours (approx. one per month)
- NISM certification preferred
- Can consider candidates from prior experience in Customer support function but other industries like Hospitality, Aviation etc.
