Envigo - Team Leader - Digital Content & Marketing (2-6 yrs)
We are a fast moving digital agency based out of New Delhi & London. We serve clients across 14 countries (including UK, US, Australia, UAE & India) and 4 continents. Our clients include Fortune 500s and industry leaders in the space of travel, banking, insurance and hospitality. We want a person who can take charge of creativity and production at Envigo.
What We Need
- Excellent content production skills
- Demonstrable experience in creating content marketing campaigns
- Exposure to various aspects of digital marketing and/or PR
- 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing and content management
- Insightful knowledge about content creation and marketing on various digital platforms such as search engines, social platforms, videos, websites etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a digital content marketing strategy for various clients as well as for Envigo, which includes ideation, content production, editing and distribution of digital content of various types - different types of web content, articles, Infographics, interviews and short videos
- Implementing insights and best practices in day to day activities for clients
- Manage a team of copy editors and writers including delegation, capacity planning, copy writing, copy review, recruitment, rewards, remuneration and recognition
- Ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns for different clients
- Train and mentor editors on digital best practices and content creation strategies
- Create content and content writing guidelines for new and existing clients
- Ideation, concept creation, and supervising video production process
- Creating campaign pitch for social media and content marketing for prospective clients
- Account management and client servicing for content marketing clients
