- Identifying, researching and targeting new business prospects

- Lead generation and management through cold calling and various online portals like Elance, Guru, etc.

- Developing, managing and maintaining databases of potential clients

- Pitching to prospective clients and creating proposals/presentations

- Understanding client's requirements, drafting project estimation and proposals in consultation with the technical team

- Managing trusted relationship with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their businesses and the challenges faced by them

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, business savvy, creative, flexible and innovative team player

- Demonstrate ability to plan and manage projects

- Ability to develop and follow detailed work processes

- Ability to work independently

- Commitment to providing exceptional client service

- Prior experience in creation of proposals and wireframes is desirable

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in communication or journalism.

- Will be part of a team of 3 account managers and coordinating with various technical teams
