Role and Reporting : The position is Sales Manager and reporting to CEO

Responsibility :

1. On Board new customers for Retail shops, General Trade, Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes


2. Build a Sales team to develop customer network across Gurgaon and other regions of NCR

3. Delivery on targets of tonnage, revenue and sales growth

4. Focusing on growing and developing existing customers, together with generating new business, meeting the monthly targets and implement and communicate sales strategy, manage revenue and target plan.

5. Master existing processes and define new & optimal processes to meet customer expectations

6. Monitor market and competition situation, take appropriate actions to act on business risk within the framework of the current strategy

7. Invoicing of customers and ensuring effective payment collection to ensure minimum receivables from customers.

8. Work on developing and implementing Sales related MIS for different segments of customers.

9. Mapping of competition

Requirement :

1. Proven work experience of 2-4 years as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive

2. Must have two wheeler and smartphone

3. Should be open to extensive travelling

4. Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

6. An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time

7. Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

8. MBA or equivalent degree, Marketing or relevant field
