Entrepreneur Development Manager - Life Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Currently we are hiring for our MNC client in Delhi/Gurgaon Location.
Exp - Minimum 2 yrs from Life Insurance Industry.
Qual - Graduate/PG
CTC - 3.5 LPA+ 50 K yearly conveyance reimbursement.
Job Role:
The candidate will be responsible for developing franchisee model within assigned location and generate business through them.
- Recruiting, Training, Engaging, Motivating and making Entrepreneur confident about this business.
- Conducting various activities in recruiting & developing Entrepreneurs.
- Further guiding/Training Entrepreneurs how to recruit agents and further how to develop them by training, engaging, activating and motivating them. Conducting various activities around this.
- Overachieving assigned targets w.r.t recruiting Entrepreneur, agents and GWP
