Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

Brief Description: The person in this role will be responsible for revenue generation by taking Entersoft's Application Security offerings and its relevance to BFSI, Fintechs across Asia. He/She shall also be building relationships with key stake-holders (including but not limiting to Customers, System Integrators, Resellers, Consultants) in the BFSI and Fintech verticals to understand the projects, timing, priority and competition. In short, he/she will be expected to deliver the revenue through sale of Entersoft's Application Security offerings in BFSI and Fintech Verticals. He will work in close co-ordination and under the guidance of CEO who is responsible for the overall Sales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- You will manage, develop and grow strategic prospects and existing customer relationships.

- You will manage a team of sales executives and business development executives

- You will identify, qualify and quantify all opportunities within APAC

- You will develop and deliver accurate and technically correct requirements to technical team.

- You will manage all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development of the customer relationship at all levels.

- You will deliver on set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets

- Excellent salesmanship in Direct Sales with Exhibited sales skills and go-getter attitude

- Funnel and Territory Management & Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

- Domain expertise in Penetration testing & Application security is a big plus. Should have experience in offerings Cybersecurity offerings

- Familiar with Application Security and Cybersecurity landscape

Job requirements:

- Prior experience in bidding cyber security solutions for BFSI and Fintech

- Prior Experience in selling Information security products around Penetration testing in the banking vertical will be an added advantage.

- To succeed at this job, you must have: capability to close complicated deals and multi-year deals from discovering sales opportunities to contract completion. You should be able to up-sell strategic / custom solution to a strategic account as well as penetrating and closing strategic targets.

- You must be fluent in English with good understanding of Sales Process, relevant regulatory and compliance framework that exist within banking vertical in APAC

- We would like someone to join our team who is having business and results-oriented mindset, excellent inter-personal skills, customer-oriented and a natural leader to work in start-ups.

- Prior experience in doing techno-commercial engagements and sales with dealings in BFSI industry would be an added advantage.

- Ability to interface with CXO / Risk Management & Audit heads is essential

- Formal Education. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Experience. Minimum of 3 years or more relevant sales experience in Cyber security domain.

- Good communication, influencing, negotiating and engagement skills.

- Must have good technical knowledge of various sales tools like CRM, Email, LinkedIn and other tools.

- Should have knowledge and understanding of various concepts of Information Security, Networking, Antiviruses, Firewalls and Penetration testing.

Physical Demands :

Frequent travel required for business development and revenue generation.
