Enterprise Sales Specialist - IT (7-15 yrs)

Role Overview :

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Software Sales Specialist to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling software solutions to mid-to-large enterprises with an annual deal value ranging from INR 10 Lacs to INR 5 Crores. This role is focused on engaging with companies in the revenue bracket of $100 million to $5 billion.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate and expand our market presence within the defined target enterprises.

Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in mid-to-large enterprises, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored software solutions.

Sales Targets : Meet and exceed annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.

Product Knowledge : Possess a deep understanding of our B2B software products and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.

Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to contribute valuable insights for product development and sales strategies.

LinkedIn Presence : Maintain a strong and professional LinkedIn profile, utilizing the platform for networking, thought leadership, and business development.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Minimum 7 years years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, specifically in B2B product-based companies.

- Successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Experience selling to mid-to-large enterprises with an annual deal value above INR 10 Lacs and up to INR 5 Crores.

- Demonstrated success in engaging with companies with a revenue range of $100 million to $5 billion.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

- No B2C or service-based company or agency experience in recent roles.
