Job Description:

As a Sales Officer specialising in web security solutions, you will be responsible for generating business and revenue streams by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within our target market. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our web security products and services to prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their web security needs and requirements.

- Present and demonstrate our web security solutions to clients through effective sales presentations and pitches.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as their features and benefits.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in web security.

- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely and accurate manner.

- Effectively negotiate terms and pricing to close sales and achieve revenue targets.

- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Sound knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and technologies, particularly in web security.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.

- Ability to work independently.
