JD for Enterprise Sales

Position Description :

- The Enterprise Sales position is primarily responsible for revenue generation through direct sales via strategic alliances with customers. In addition, the Enterprise Sales will identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability and has responsibilities directly related to making sales to include: meeting with customers at the customer's site, communicating with customers via phone, email, and teleconference, providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues; advising customers on suitability of products and solutions or services based on their specialized needs, preparing proposals, presentations, pricing and contracts, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solution.

- This position requires an in-depth knowledge of SMS/VOICE based solutions or services. The position also requires knowledge of legacy Bulk SMS, tariffs, and pricing. Must have the ability to research and develop customers for the SMS market. The Enterprise Sales assumes customer liaison and project lead through the solution development, implementation and life cycle management of the product/service developed to meet the business customers- evolving needs.

Principle Accountabilities :

1. Contact businesses within the defined territory, perform telecommunication needs analysis and provide a detailed solution/service to customers.

2. Stay current with changes and developments in the enterprise industry. This includes gathering competitive information on products and services and sharing this information with the product development, marketing, customer service, and executive teams.

3. Responsible for the initial configuration of all regulated and deregulated products and services, which may require written proposals or product demonstrations

4. Manage contract negotiations and work with the legal team as required.

5. Client's agreement to purchase through order, delivery and implementation phases. During this process, the Enterprise Salesperson will interface with and give direction to other departments to ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.

6. Develop trusted partner relationships with key customers to retain and grow revenues over time

7. Invoicing & Payment collection on time

8. Before onboarding any customer mandatory to share the customer History with superiors and the finance team for EKYC check.

Additional Responsibilities :

1. Individual Sales Contributor

2. Assist with marketing strategy and sales support.

3. Maintain ongoing customer relationships with travel to our serving areas as required.

4. Continually evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.

5. Participate in revenue budget forecasting and ongoing budget variance reporting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Must be knowledgeable in evolving telecommunications terminology and technology. Knowledgeable of company service offerings.

2. Working knowledge of the Enterprise Industry (Bulk SMS/OBD/MISSED CALL/BMG/SMSC/USSD)

3. Must be knowledgeable about company capabilities within the limitations of budget and workforce skills to represent what we can offer fairly.

4. Must have current knowledge of competitors- products and service offerings.

5. Must have exceptional communications skills (both verbal and written) and a strong drive to help customers with creative solutions.

6. Proven success in developing and presenting sales proposals, strategic services solutions, and closing complex technical sales.

7. Strong listening and analytical skills are required to determine customer needs and requests.

8. Strong presentation skills are required, both in person and via teleconference or videoconference.

9. Ability to make sound decisions with the information at hand, with the end goal of customer satisfaction and positive revenue generation.

10. Well organized, with attention to detail.
