We are Looking for High Spirited Energetic Enterprises Sales Officer with Immediate joiners.

The Job :

Your Responsibilities will include :

- Work on individual sales conversion targets and achieve the numbers as per specified norms.

- Sales Funnel creation and account penetration.

- Work on leads to ensure strong relationship building with visits.

- Customer presentation and Proposal submission, Jio Applications usage.

- Ensure periodical performance metrics are reviewed for self and published to appropriate reports to ESM or stakeholders.

- Organizing and executing demo stations activity at high SMB footfall locations

- Interaction with customers and network installation team for service delivery.

- Providing advice on KYC requirements and assisting clients and account managers through the account opening process.

- Reviewing client documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

- Following up with clients on required documentation and escalating to the appropriate Account Managers where necessary.

- Staying up to date on all KYC regulations and ensuring internal processes are updated to reflect these.

- Organizing data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.

- Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.

- Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives, and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.

- Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.

- Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts.

- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these.

- Building a high-performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance.

- Delivering effective sales skills training to the sales teams.

- Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real-life situations.

- Managing a team of 6-10 people.

Ideal Candidate :
 

Skills Required :

- You have at least 3 years of experience within a Client Onboarding, Sales Operations / Support, or Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the FMCG, IT Services, and Telecommunications industry.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.

- Experience in Sales Training would be a strong advantage.

- Experience covering Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) is a strong plus.

Education Requirement : Graduation/MBA

Experience Requirement : 2 - 6 years.
