Role Description : Enterprise Sales Associate

We are looking to hire an exceptional sales person who will be focused on their largest enterprise clients and opportunities. A successful candidate will understand clients- business objectives and act as a trusted advisor for using them most effectively. They will gather customer requests and requirements along with the Customer Success Managers, and other internal teams to help align their product roadmap with client value-expectations. This individual will communicate effectively to CXO level counterparts at Global Companies and F500s, and the managers of multiple departments in these organizations. They will have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of providing excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.

What will you do :

1. Own the full sales cycle from lead to close

2. Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers

3. Foster new relationships for them through outbound efforts

4. Generate inbound interest by evangelizing them

5. Help educate customers on the value of them throughout the adoption cycle, in conjunction with the Customer Success Team

6. Navigate key decision makers to build their awareness within organizations

7. Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, implementation, and renewal

8. Initiate, negotiate and close new and renewal contracts with customers

9. Communicate and organize/escalate issues appropriately including: billing, legal, security, on-boarding, and technical inquiries

10. Build strategic adoption plans for customers in collaboration with different teams

(Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Leadership, etc.)

11. Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases

12. Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends

13. Provide recommendations based on customers- business needs and usage patterns to Product Team

14. Conduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer delight

15. Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product

Requirements :

1. 4-5 years of relevant sales experience preferably in SaaS/consulting organization

2. Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts

3. Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization

4. Proven negotiation and closing skills

5. Strong track record of navigating within large and mid-market organizations

6. Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively

7. Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications, collaboration technology, operations management technology, or workflow technologies

8. History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment

9. Ability to grow business in a strategic manner including demand generation

10. Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite

11. Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process

12. Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships

13. Ability to be flexible and adaptive

14. Experience with enterprise SaaS vendors/Top Consulting Companies preferred

16. Some travel required
