Ent Netwrk - Digital Marketing Specialist (3-10 yrs)

EntNetwrk is looking for an experienced 360 Digital Marketing expert to take the lead in developing successful, long-term Mobile marketing strategies for the company.

- As a Digital Marketing expert, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for Mobile and Digital technologies. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward- thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence.

The role will be based in New Delhi

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, test, and execute mobile app marketing campaigns and responsible for App Growth

- Develop and execute App Store Optimization strategies

- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. Mobile, blogs, and social media) to ensure brand consistency

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer engagement

- Focus on data drive optimization strategies along with regular experiments and A/B test approach

- Take a data-driven approach to evaluate end-to-end customer behavior across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment

- Liaise with Product, Design and Sales teams to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies. Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out

- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments

Specifically, the candidate should have :

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Mobile marketing campaigns, google ad hoc, social media and display advertising

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

- Be responsible for marketing spends on mobile channels for app download lead user acquisition.

- Conduct a formal Market analysis to identify key market and customer trends.

- Identify the right marketing metrics to track and put the right tools in place to measure ROI of the Mobile Marketing spend.

- Stay current on latest Digital Marketing methods coming up.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Demonstrated mobile apps marketing experience in leading mobile first company of at least 3- 7 years.

-Varied experiences in digital marketing with Indian or international ecommerce companies.

- Should understand the concepts of Lifetime value of a user (LTV) and its application.

- Should have pure data oriented approach in executing the campaigns without any bias.

- Should be open to exploring new Marketing products coming up.

- Should be comfortable to work in a high growth environment.

- Apart from Data Analysis, the candidate should know how to make sense of the data and take actions.

- Should be aware of various app Marketing channels.

- Should be well versed in Google Analytics and Mobile Measurement tools.

- Should have worked on some Mobile App Tracking tool like AppsFlyer, AdJust, HasOffers etc

- Should be aware of various tools like Adroll, Sociomantics etc

- Experience with A/B (Multivariate experiments)

- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or Omniture)

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns

- Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
